TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical Support is provided by highly-trained, in-house TEKNA technical staff.

A Technical Support Call-Center helps insure you receive support in your region’s local language, even for your urgent requests.

Our help desk support services can also provide prompt on-site service, sending technicians and delivering spare parts anywhere in the world. 

In the last years TEKNA has been offering remote assistance contracts for machining centres and some types of machines. A technical support network service is in place for any area in the world. TEKNA manages a qualified and capillary Services network in Italy and abroad. This network is made up both by TEKNA personnel and by local technicians, in order to offer the best support to our customers.
